Frequently Asked Questions

The following questions and answers may assist you with particular difficulties you might experience with the Liturgy site.  In addition to these questions and answers, please visit How It Works for further clarification.


Q - I can’t remember my password?

A - If you are a new member, please check your initial emails from Emmaus Productions which may contain your username and password.  If you are an existing member, please email your nearest Emmaus Productions office for confirmation of your password.

Q - Why isn’t my password working?

A -  1. Your membership may not be current.

      2. You may have changed your password and forgotten the change you made.

      3. You may not have typed in your password correctly eg. Case sensitivity, spaces, dots or underscores may have been omitted.

If your password is still not working, please email your nearest Emmaus office.

Q - Why can’t I download the liturgy?

A - The resources on this site are presented as  PDF files, which in order to be opened, require the Adobe Reader software.  Check that your computer has this software installed. If not, it can be downloaded from www.adobe.com  Please be aware that sometimes PDF files can take several seconds or longer to open and  that this is usually determined by the capacity of your particular computer system and the speed of your internet service.


Q - Why can’t I download the  Video?

A – The videos are not for download and can only be viewed via streaming with internet access.


Q - How do I download an image resource?

A - NOTE: It is a good idea to set up a folder on your computer prior to downloading, then save files to that specific folder as you download it.

  1. Having logged in to the site, select the Images option in the green main menu.
  2. From the yellow drop-down menu, click the category name to see what sub-categories or resources are inside.
  3. View the page of images (note that there may be more than one page available to click through at the bottom of the screen) and then click on your chosen image to get a closer view of it.
  4. Click the green "Download" button to save it to your own computer.
  5. Use the back arrow, breadcrumbs or main menu to return to the Image categories for further downloads.

Q - Why can’t I find the Image I downloaded?

A - Check to make sure you are logged in before you attempt to download a file.
If you have created a specific folder for your image downloads, search there for it.
If it is not there then check your computer DOWNLOAD FOLDER, which automatically files whatever is downloaded from the internet.  
If you continue to have difficulties, please email your nearest Emmaus office for clarification.


Q - Why can’t I access the site?

A - Sometimes internet browsers are temporarily unavailable.  Firstly, try to access another website on the Internet, eg www.google.com, to ascertain whether it is just our website that is unavailable.  Secondly, try accessing our site from another computer.  This will help determine where the difficulty lies - namely, with your Internet browser or our site.   If you continue to have difficulties, please email your nearest Emmaus Productions office.

Q - What do I do if my membership has expired?

A - If your membership has expired, please visit www.LiturgyRitualPrayer.com and Register for Membership.


Q - What do I need to do if I have inherited the membership of this site from a previous staff member?

A - Email your nearest Emmaus Productions office for clarification of your membership status and log-in details.
